THERE ARE TWO MEETINGS TO BE ATTENDED BY EVERY CHILD ON TWO DIFFERENT TIMINGS. ONE MEETING IS WITH THE COORDINATOR IN THE JUNIOR SCHOOL BLOCK AND THE OTHER IS WITH THE PRINCIPAL / VICE PRINCIPAL. BOTH THE MEETINGS ARE COMPULSORY.

INSTRUCTIONS

The Registration Card (Hall Ticket) must be pinned to the child’s shirt/blouse when he/she is brought for both the Interaction/ Meeting. Parents are requested to be punctual and adhere to the schedule and time of the Interaction/ Meeting. Defaulters will be marked as absent. The child must be accompanied by both his/her father & mother for the Principal- Parent & Child meeting. Kindly bring the printed Registration Form and the following documents for submission when you come to school for the Interaction One recent passport photograph of the child and another along with his /her parents Certified / Attested Copy of Birth Certificate / Baptism Certificate. Certified / Attested Copy of the Aadhaar Card. (Child) Copy of Immunization / Vaccination card. A medical certificate, in original , issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner. For Address proof – attach ANY ONE of the following: Photocopy of Aadhar Card / Passport/ Voter Card/ Electricity Bill/ Driving License Copy of Aadhar Card of both Parents (Father & Mother) The originals of Birth Certificate and Vaccination Certificate must be produced at the meeting with the Principal.
