ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR LKG
SESSION: 2026-2027

  • Read the instructions carefully before filling the form.
  • Fill only one form for an applicant. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
To fill in the Registration Form :
  • Use Microsoft Edge / Mozilla (80+) / Google Chrome (100+)
  • Turn Off Pop-up Blocker of your Browser.
AGE CRITERION
  • The child should be born between 01st April 2021 and 31st March 2022.
  • Only the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Gram Panchayat will be considered as a valid document.
Procedure to fill the form
  1. Use the Tab key or mouse control to fill in the form. Do not press the Enter key.
  2. Fill in each entry accurately.
  3. Upload the following :
    1. A recent passport size coloured photograph of the child. (Maximum 100 kb in .jpg format only)
    2. A recent passport size coloured photograph of the family (Child with the parents). (Maximum 100 kb in .jpg format only)
    3. Scanned Copy of the Birth Certificate (Maximum 600 kb in .pdf format only)
    4. Scanned Copy of the Immunization / Vaccination Card (Maximum 600 kb in .pdf format only)
  4. After filling in all the entries in the Registration Form, click on the “Submit and Pay” button at the bottom of the page.
  5. Once the payment process is complete, you will receive the Registration Number and Payment Transaction ID Number through SMS.
  6. Click “Print Registration Form”. Enter the Registration & Payment ID Number to print the Registration Form and the Form Submission Slip.
  7. In case you do not receive any message after payment, you can contact the school office with details on number 0135-2712644 / 7060102648 during school working hours.
REGISTRATION FEE :
  1. Rs. 3000/- is to be paid online through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
  2. Do not press the refresh or back button till the transaction process is over.
  3. Acknowledgement message will be sent to your mobile after successful registration and payment.
  4. Registration Fee is non-refundable.
SUBMISSION OF FORM AT ST. JOSEPH'S ACADEMY :
  • Parents will submit the Filled-in Registration Form on the day of the interaction.
  • Kindly ensure all necessary documents are attached while submitting the Registration Form.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED AFTER REGISTRATION :
  1. Printout of the the Registration Form (on A4 sheet) with signatures of both father and mother.
  2. Printout of the Admit card.
  3. One recent passport photograph of the child and another along with his /her parents.
  4. Certified / Attested Copy of Birth Certificate / Baptism Certificate.
  5. Certified / Attested Copy of the Aadhaar Card. ( OPTIONAL).
  6. Copy of Immunization / Vaccination card.
  7. A medical certificate, in original , issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
  8. For Address proof – attach ANY ONE of the following:
    Photocopy of Aadhar Card / Passport/ Voter Card/ Electricity Bill/ Driving License
LKG INTERACTION :
  • Interactions will tentatively start from September 17, 2025 onwards and the details will be displayed on the School Notice Board / School Website .
NOTE :
  • Registration of the child will not be a guarantee for admission.
  • The Registration Form is not transferable. All incomplete and/or falsely filled-in forms will be automatically rejected.
  • The School Management does not accept any form of donation for admissions and maintains a strict policy of fairness and transparency in the admission process. The School does not appoint or authorize any agents or third parties to act on our behalf for admissions. Any attempt to secure admission through fraudulent means will result in immediate cancellation of the admissions, without any further correspondence or appeal.
  • The Management reserves the right to admission.

Online Registration Forms will be available on 08th, 09th and 10th September from 8:30 a.m. to 02:30 p.m. only.
